Stepping into our bridal space comes with a few small guidelines. Please read through the below to ensure the best experience for you and other customers. 

Guest Limit

You are welcome to bring up to two guests, ensuring a cozy and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Food & Beverage

Please refrain from bringing any snacks or drinks inside to help us maintain the boutique.

Child Policy

While we adore little ones, our showroom isn't the best place for them. Resepectfully, no children under 12 are permitted in the showroom.

Stock Availability

Whilst we have over 700 pairs of bridal shoes at our showroom, we cannot guarantee the availability of every shoe in every size and colour. If you are travelling far, or have your heart set on a particular style, please email or call our customer care team to confirm that the shoes you love will be available.

Appointments Are Encouraged

The White Collection boutique is a small curated space. Appointments enable us to ensure we can be orginised ahead of your arrival to enhance your shopping experience with us.

Please note appointments are not a one-on-one experience, however ensure quality time with our bridal stylists during non-busy periods.

Walk Ins

We do accept walk ins, however customers with appointments are always the priority and if we are at maximum capacity, walk ins will be asked to wait outside until a customer leaves or to book in and visit at a later time.
