The White Collection “Win A Full Refund” Promotion – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in The White Collection’s “Win a Full Refund” promotion (“Promotion”). By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Win a Full Refund” promotion conducted by The White Collection (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1.2 Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
2.2 To be eligible, entrants must:
a. Follow @thewhitecollection on Instagram;
b. Leave a Google review for The White Collection;
c. Upload a photo of themselves wearing their bridal shoes to the review (or email it to hello@thewhitecollection.com.au if unable to attach).
2.4 Employees of The White Collection, their immediate families, and any associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The Promotion runs on a monthly basis and commences on the first day of each calendar month at 12:00AM AEST and concludes on the last day of each calendar month at 11:59PM AEST.
3.2 Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be considered for that month's draw.

4. Entry

4.1 To enter, participants must complete all of the following:
a. Follow @thewhitecollection on Instagram;
b. Leave a Google review for The White Collection;
c. Upload a photo of themselves in their bridal shoes (via the review or email).
4.2 Only one entry per purchase is permitted.
4.3 Incomplete or illegible entries may be deemed invalid at our discretion.
4.4 The White Collection reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Prize

5.1 One (1) winner will be selected each month to receive a full refund on the purchase price of their bridal shoes (“Prize”).
5.2 The Prize is:
a. Issued for the original purchase price paid for the shoes only (including GST);
b. Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, credit, or any alternate product;
c. Limited to one refund per transaction.
5.3 Shipping costs, customs duties, or any other additional services are not included in the refund.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 Shortlisted entries may be featured on @thewhitecollection Instagram stories or posts.
6.2 One winner will be randomly selected from the shortlisted entries at the end of each month.
6.3 The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message or email within five (5) business days of the Promotion closing.
6.4 If the winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, The White Collection reserves the right to select a new winner.

7. Refund

7.1 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
7.2 The refund will be processed within 14 business days of winner confirmation.
7.3 The White Collection is not liable for any delays in financial institution processing times.

8. Promotion Discretion

8.1 The White Collection reserves the right to postpone or withhold the selection of a winner for any given month if, in its sole discretion, there are not enough eligible participants to ensure a fair and competitive Promotion.

8.2 In such cases, the draw may be deferred to the following month or a future date deemed appropriate by The White Collection.

8.3 Eligible participants from the postponed draw will automatically remain in contention for the next valid draw and will not be penalised or removed from eligibility.

9. Liability

9.1 The White Collection is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Prize.
9.2 The White Collection is not responsible for technical issues, including but not limited to internet outages, review upload errors, or platform outages that may affect entry or winner notification.

10. Privacy

10.1 Personal information provided by entrants will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.2 By entering, you consent to your name and image being shared on The White Collection’s marketing platforms, including but not limited to Instagram and email newsletters.

11. General

11.1 The White Collection reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Promotion at any time without notice.
11.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
11.3 This Promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Google, Instagram, Facebook, or any other third-party platform.
